Privacy policy & personal data notice
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller for this website, operated under the AD Digital brand, is Ahmet Dökücü. This notice explains how information is processed when you browse the site or contact us about a project.
Contact: [email protected] · 0530 137 57 46.
2. What information do we collect?
The contact form requests your name or company, email address, selected service and project message. A phone number is optional. We also process the information you voluntarily share by email, phone or WhatsApp. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data in your message.
Technical services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and security records to deliver and protect the site. With your analytics permission, visit, page-view, performance and contact-method statistics are also processed.
3. Why and on what basis is information processed?
Project enquiries are used to answer questions, define scope, prepare proposals and carry out pre-contract or contract steps when applicable. Service security and abuse prevention are based on legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are protected. Statutory record-keeping and legal claims rely on the relevant legal obligation or establishment, exercise or protection of a right. Optional analytics is based on your explicit permission and can be withdrawn.
Providing your contact information is necessary for us to reply to your enquiry. Analytics permission is optional and is not a condition for using the website or sending a message. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and email forwarding. Messages submitted through the form are forwarded to the controller’s iCloud mailbox; the form does not create a separate contact database. If you permit analytics, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are loaded. These providers may process information outside Türkiye. International processing must be assessed under the applicable transfer rules, including Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. Your cookie choice only governs optional analytics; it is not consent to every possible international transfer.
We do not sell your information. It may be shared with authorised providers for the purposes above and with competent authorities where legally required. Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to separate services governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Collection method and retention
Information is collected electronically through forms, correspondence, server requests and optional analytics. Enquiries and correspondence are retained only as long as needed for the request, a resulting business relationship, applicable legal duties or legal claims. Unnecessary records are deleted or anonymised. Your browser’s cookie choice is stored for 180 days. Google analytics cookie expiry is configured for 180 days; provider-side statistics retention is managed separately.
6. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing and recipients, seek correction or deletion where the legal conditions apply, request notification of corrections or deletions to recipients, object to a disadvantage arising solely from automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
For privacy questions and to learn how to submit a verifiable request, contact us by email. Applications are assessed under the statutory procedure and answered within the legal period, no later than 30 days. We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity. [email protected].
7. Analytics preferences
You can reject optional analytics or withdraw permission from Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
